Heather Locklear and Jack Wagner have been ordered to appear at an informal hearing to determine whether they will be charged for criminal battery after a violent fight they had in late December.
Cops were called to Wagner’s San Fernando Valley home last month after a heated argument between the formerly engaged pair allegedly turned physical, a spokesman for the L.A. City Attorney’s office confirms to Gossip Cop.
Police say that during the incident, ”She lost it on him and he retaliated.”
Neither of the “Melrose Place” alums wanted to press charges when law enforcement officials arrived on the scene, but the case was still sent over to the L.A. City Attorney for review.
Locklear and Wagner now must appear at an hearing in late January during which prosecutors will decide if either or both of them will be charged for the scuffle.
The actress was rushed to the hospital last week after she allegedly took a combination of alcohol and prescription pills.
