Was Britney Spears’ Sexy Shoot Photoshopped? – ARTICLE

Britney Spears flaunts her killer abs on the cover of the January/February 2015 issue of Women's Health.

"Thank you so much @WomensHealthMag for featuring me in your new issue! It's on stands this week!" Britney Tweeted with an image of the cover.

The flawless photo has not come without a dose of speculation, as some are calling "Photoshop!" on the images. However, in response to the speculation, the magazine published behind-the-scenes video from the shoot to prove that it really is all Britney. Makeup contouring and the magic of proper lighting helped the singer achieve her cover-worthy look.

The cover teases that readers will find out how Britney gets these "insane abs" with "one simple move," plus how she got in the "hottest shape of her life without a trainer."

"After I had Jayden, it was real easy for me to get back in shape," the mom of two told the magazine. "But five years later, I started noticing changes in my body. My hips are a little bit wider because I’ve had kids. So it was crucial for me to be continuous with my exercise. Consistency is key."

Her two boys with ex-husband Kevin Federline are growing up -- Sean Preston is now 9 and Jayden James is 8.

The pop star sets time aside from her Las Vegas concert residency at Planet Hollywood for some peace and tranquility.

"I meditate. But I fall asleep," she said. "I'm either going wild in my head or I'm asleep."

The magazine hits newsstands on December 23.
