Charlie Sheen is reprising his Ferris Bueller’s Day Off role on an upcoming episode of the 1980s-set “The Goldbergs” that will pay tribute to the classic John Hughes movie. Check out the photos and video below!

The 1986 hit comedy starred Matthew Broderick as a high school student who gets into hijinks with his friends when they skip school. Sheen had a memorable appearance as “Boy in the Police Station,” a leather-clad delinquent , who tries to give advice to Bueller’s sister Jeanie, played by Jennifer Grey, who is not receptive, and warns him he may “lose a testicle.” Of course, they end up making out, anyway.

In “The Goldbergs” homage, as first reported by People, teen Barry (Troy Gentile) will try to recreate Bueller’s epic adventure, with his sister Erica (Hayley Orrantia) ending up with the cops, where she meets — you guessed it — the “Boy in the Police Station.”

Remarkably, Sheen doesn’t look that much older than he did in the film nearly 30 years ago. The appearance marks the actor’s broadcast network sitcom return following his infamous firing from “Tow and a Half Men” in 2011. Sheen recently claimed that he’s been in talks to guest star in the show’s upcoming series finale, which Warner Bros. denied. His replacement, Ashton Kutcher, however, was mum when asked by Ellen DeGeneres about the possibility last week.

Check out video of Sheen’s original Ferris Bueller appearance below, as well as the photos teasing his “Goldbergs” cameo, which is slated to air early next year.
