"Dancing with the Stars" mirrorball contender Alfonso Ribeiro has been injured again, putting his ballroom appearance in jeopardy.
Access Hollywood has learned that the celebrity was injured during Wednesday’s rehearsal.
Alfonso is currently under medical evaluation. It has not been determined whether or not he will be able to perform on Monday.

Earlier this season, Alfonso hurt his groin while doing The Carlton dance (from "Fresh Prince of Bel Air"). He hurt the same spot again the following week while doing a samba with pro-partner Witney Carson.
"Dancing's" semi-finals kick off Monday at 8/7c on ABC.
