Tom Cruise does not have a “crush” on his assistant Emily, despite a new report that claims the actor is “always flirting” with the 22-year-old on the set of Mission: Impossible 5. His rep tells Gossip Cop exclusively that the story, which is in this week’s Us Weekly, is 100 percent not true.
According to the tabloid, Cruise is “relishing every second” of filming the new movie because of his alleged crush on his employee. A so-called set “insider” tells the magazine, Cruise has already asked his assistant to go out with him on a date after he’s done shooting the movie. What’s more, says the magazine, “Most people on the film have noticed how into her he is.”
Cruise is not “hot for his assistant” nor is he asking her out on dates, regardless of what Us Weekly claims. Of course, this is the same tabloid that falsely reported his ex-wife Katie Holmes was having a “secret fling” with his pal Jamie Foxx. In any event, Cruise’s rep tells Gossip Cop exclusively that this story is completely “false,” adding that Us Weekly “knew it was [untrue] when they wrote it,” but nevertheless still published it.
