Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow and Courteney Cox did NOT sign a deal to film a “Friends” reunion movie, despite a new Star report claiming the actresses recently “toasted” the project while dining together at the Sunset Tower Hotel in Los Angeles.

Star sources tell the outlet that a “possible $5 million payday for each cast member” is what may have finally made a long-awaited reunion happen after years of speculation. There are no details about what the movie would look like or when it would happen, but Star seems convinced it has a scoop.

The tabloid even tosses in a phony quote about one of the other co-stars to make it seem as though this report is somehow more substantive than the last hundred false “Friends” rumors. “Surprisingly, David Schwimmer is the one not too thrilled about it,” a so-called “insider” informs the outlet. “He has had a hard time moving on from the show and has a new career as a director, but it’s a lot of cash and he knows the 20th anniversary is the time to do it.”

Except there’s no deal and no reunion. Star made up the whole thing. Reps for Kudrow and Cox laughed off the story, while a rep for Aniston told Gossip Cop exclusively, “Not true.”  We’re sorry to be the bearers of disappointing news.
