Tori Spelling does NOT have “brain cancer,” and a new rumor claiming her friends are concerned that she could be battling a “deadly” tumor is completely off base. Gossip Cop can exclusively bust this report from the National Enquirer, which alleges that Spelling’s recent hospitalization has sparked fears of a fatal disease.

“She’s not the Tori she used to be. She’s been in and out of hospitals with various complaints, including dizziness,” explains a so-called “source” for the tabloid. “Something’s going on with her.”

Well, what was most recently “going on with her” was bronchitis, sinusitis and pneumonia. Those were the ailments Spelling actually had, and for which she was treated. What she does NOT have is brain cancer. And even though the Enquirer talks to a random doctor who’s never treated Spelling, and gets him to say that sinusitis could potentially lead to other conditions, there are currently NO fears she’s in dire medical straits.

A source close to Spelling tells Gossip Cop there’s “no truth at all” to the rumored cancer fears. We wish the Enquirer would have the decency not to spread brain cancer “fears” and then claim the people around Spelling are the ones concerned. That’s absolutely not true.
