Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott recently had a huge fight… over a potato. And it was, naturally, all captured for the “True Tori” cameras.

In a new preview clip, the couple battles it out after a cooking mishap leads to an argument over deeper issues. Because a potato isn’t just a potato, of course.
Spelling was making dinner for her kids when her attempt at microwaving a baked potato in a special package didn’t work. McDermott stepped in, making Spelling feel inferior. Except the “Chopped Canada” host ended up failing at the task, too. Cue the eye rolls, curses, anguished expressions and barbs hurled back and forth.
McDermott was angry that Spelling read more into the interaction than him just trying to help, and went on to accuse, “Your bad feelings, I think are coming from you.” “If I’m trying to figure out why this f*cking thing doesn’t work,” he told his wife, “and you feel bad about it, then that’s your problem, not mine.”
But McDermott’s reaction to her reaction only made her more upset. Spelling explained, “You having a reaction like this makes me feel like I can’t bring stuff up.” McDermott then shot back, “Why are you even with me?” Loaded question there, buddy.
And a producer tried to get the answer out of her, asking Spelling point-blank, “What’s keeping you in this marriage?” She replied, “The big thing is, I think when there’s children involved, you look at a relationship differently than you would if there were no children. And I think every woman would agree with that.”
That’s not, however, the response she gave to McDermott. Instead she told him, “I don’t know. I don’t know anymore.” Yikes.
As Gossip Cop has reported, Spelling is currently hospitalized with pneumonia and other illnesses, ailments that McDermott blamed in a recent interview on the “very emotional” process of shooting “True Tori.” Spelling then raised eyebrows with an Instagram post from the hospital that read, “This sick in hospital I finally see how quickly life can take it all away frm you. We all need 2 step up frm inside& go 4 it! W/our friends by our side. Sadly I’ve finally faced truth that 1 person will never be there 4 me #TrueTori.”
