Get the proton packs out of storage -- "Ghostbusters 3" is happening.
Director Paul Feig Tweeted that the film -- about a group battling the paranormal -- is a go.
"It's official. I'm making a new Ghostbusters & writing it with @katiedippold & yes, it will star hilarious women. That's who I'm gonna call," he wrote.

Katie wrote "The Heat," which Paul directed.
The last "Ghostbusters" film was released in 1989.
It was unclear at press time if Slimer was available for the reboot.
