The Originals is bringing over another star from The Vampire Diaries.

Nina Dobrev will be jumping over to The CW spinoff in the fifth episode of The Originals' sophomore season, The Hollywood Reporter confirms. She will appear in flashbacks as original doppelganger, Tatia, in the Nov. 3 episode.

In an interview with E! Online, which broke the news, The Originals creator Julie Plec explained the context of Dobrev's drop-by. "There was a character's name introduced a long time ago in season three in association with Klaus and Elijah and how they became vampires and a girl that they both loved a long time ago who was the original doppelganger, Tatia," she said.

Dobrev is the latest Vampire Diaries castmember to make the trip to the spinoff, following in the footsteps of Michael Trevino, who appeared in two episodes. In January, The Originals stars Joseph Morgan, Daniel Gillies and Claire Holt also crossed over to Vampire Diaries for the 100th episode.

The Originals premieres Oct. 6 and The Vampire Diaries returns Oct. 2 on The CW.
