Miranda Cosgrove has been granted a restraining order against a fan who has threatened to kill himself over his unrequited love for the star.

A man named Joshua Stockton has allegedly followed Cosgrove throughout California, showing up at USC, where she’s attending college, and even locations like Disneyland, using social media sightings to determine her whereabouts.

Stockton has also allegedly sent Cosgrove gifts in the mail, which she returned unopened, reportedly sparking his death threat.

In a graphic Twitter photo from earlier this month — which Gossip Cop will not post — Stockton appears to be in a hospital bed with a bandage around his wrist.

“@MirandaCosgrove frankly I’m tired of love, and my heart is ready to give out. Maybe I’ll finish the job I started,” he wrote.

Stockton further included a photo of unopened packages — see here — and also allegedly threatened to kill himself with a hair dryer in the bathtub.

A judge has since deemed him a serious threat, and ordered Stockton to stay away from Cosgrove, reports TMZ.

As of now, however, Stockton is still incessantly tweeting about the actress.
