Joan Rivers died on Thursday at the age of 81.
The legendary comedian was a fixture of television for decades, breaking through with uproarious appearances with Johnny Carson, hosting her own late-night show in the 1980s, catching the reality television wave in the 2000s, getting roasted on Comedy Central and ripping poor red carpet choices on “Fashion Police.”
While it’s impossible to sum up Rivers’ TV career, here are a handful of memorable clips highlighting her unique brand of comedy.
