Jeff Bridges went “bowling” with his first pitch at the Los Angeles Dodgers game on Friday in tribute to his cult classic movie The Big Lebowski.
After winding up as though he would throw the ball, the actor took a few steps toward home plate and bowled it instead.
Bowling is featured prominently in The Big Lebowski, although Bridges’ iconic character (“The Dude”) is actually never seen doing it himself.
Bridges was on hand at Dodger Stadium as he begins to promote this month’s The Giver.
