‘Big Brother 16’ Houseguests Revealed

It's time to meet the houseguests on Big Brother.

CBS unveiled the group of 16 on Thursday morning, one day after detailing the new twists for the 16th season and previewing the urban treehouse-themed abode.

Ranging in age from 21 to 42, the houseguests this season will be introduced to U.S. viewers in two groups — eight on Wednesday, June 25, at 8 p.m. ET/PT, and eight on Thursday, June 26, at 9:01 p.m. ET/PT — as part of the network's planned two-night premiere event.

The crop of houseguests is an eclectic group, which include a YouTube personality who has more than 188,000 subscribers on his channel, a DJ, an ex-baseball player, a pedicab driver, a esthetician, a police sergeant, a minister and a makeup artist.

Big Brother will have two Head of Households (HOHs) this season, with both responsible for picking two houseguests to put up for eviction. However, the HOH title doesn't guarantee their weekly safety. Other twists involve viewers' participation through Team America and a new competition called Battle of the Block that tie into the HOH's lack of safety for the week. There will be two more twists as well as a competition that host Julie Chen will announce on premiere night.
