Things are ice cold between Dyad Institute colleagues Dr. Leekie (Matt Frewer) and Rachel's boss, Marian Bowles (Michelle Forbes) on this week's Orphan Black. In a scene exclusive to The Hollywood Reporter, Leekie breaks the unwelcome news that Ethan Duncan, Rachel's father, is alive.

"How?" is all Marian can muster, clearly unhappy with the unforeseen development. "I don't know, but Sarah Manning tracked him down," Leekie says, adding more salt to the wound.
When Marian asks how Rachel will take the news of her father's "resurrection," Leekie admits some hesitation over Rachel's ability to stay loyal. "She's taking things personally," he concludes.

"If Rachel's become too entangled, we have to step in," Marian says, hinting that things may not end well for the Proclone should things continue.
