Nothing says Harvard Law School like funnywoman Mindy Kaling. The Mindy Project creator and star, 34, took the stage at the Ivy League law school's Class Day ceremony on Wednesday, May 28.
Kaling, who was born in Cambridge, Mass., returned to the college town to deliver a hilarious speech in honor of the new graduates. The Office alum, whose first book Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me? (And Other Concerns) was a New York Times Bestseller, showed off her skills with words during the speech.
As only she can, during the length of her talk, she touched on the burger that is named after her, dinged her alma mater Dartmouth, gave advice to the future lawyers, and hit on one of the school's professors.

After joking that the audience couldn't understand why she was picked for the event as a member of People's Most Beautiful People List and a simple "Hollywood starlet," Kaling laughed, "I'll have you know, I do know a ton about the law, because I sue everybody."

"To be honest, I don't know much about the law," she later admitted. "I graduated from Dartmouth college in 2001, an academic institution located in lawless, rural New Hampshire, where, when you arrive, you are given a flask of moonshine and a box of fireworks and you are told simply to, quote, go to town — except there is no town, there is only a forest and a row of fraternity houses that smell like urine."
Kaling went on to tell the audience that she prepared her speech as "any good Dartmouth-educated graduate would," by drinking a 40 [ounce] of Jägermeister and "calling my dad to see if he would get me out of it."
