The Big Bang Theory was again Thursday's biggest show. And while the season finale may have only tied last year's in adults 18-49, the comedy posted its most-watched ender to date with 16.3 million viewers. It was also up a full point in the key demo from last week, averaging a 4.8 rating.
CBS easily won the night in adults under 50 (2.2 rating) and total viewers (8.99 million) thanks to Big Bang. The Millers (2.4 adults) closed out its first season up half of a point, while Bad Teacher (1.4 adults) and Elementary (1.4 adults) were both steady with last week -- though the latter brought a series low in live-plus-same day.

Back to an hour, American Idol (2.0 adults) was up four-tenths from last week. Hell's Kitchen (1.7 adults) improved two-tenths of a point, and Fox took a 1.9 rating and 6.6 million viewers for the night.
ABC got no lift from Sandra Oh's last episode of Grey's Anatomy. The episode was dead even with the week prior, averaging a 2.5 rating in the key demo. That's a six-tenths drop from last year's ender. (Black Box faltered further, down to a 1.1 rating.)
Rosemary's Baby wrapped its brief, soft run in line with its Sunday premiere. The two-hour special fetched a 1.0 rating in the key demo -- slipping a tenth of a point from its Hollywood Game Night lead-in.
The Vampire Diaries (0.8 adults) was up a tenth of a point on the CW for its finale. Reign (0.5 adults) wrapped its first run steady with the week prior.
