William Shatner Signs Development Deal With Ora.TV (Exclusive)

William Shatner has signed a development deal with Internet TV network and production studio Ora.TV.

As part of the deal, Shatner's web series Brown Bag Wine Tasting will move exclusively to Ora.TV. New episodes will premiere here starting June 23.

In addition, Ora and Shatner are set to develop and produce new original content based on Shatner's various interests.

At Ora.TV, Shatner's show joins a lineup that also includes shows featuring Larry King, Gov. Jesse Ventura andHaylie Duff.

Brown Bag Wine Tasting follows Shatner's adventures as he asks willing participants to blindly taste wine and describe it in terms of their occupations, with the goal of making the show fun, interactive and a social experience. Shatner executive produces with Scott Sternberg, with Ora.TV executive producers Allison Glader and Jason Rovou also coming on board.

The deal was brokered by Shatner's longtime manager Larry Thompson and Housman.
