Cuba Gooding Jr. and his wife are separating.
Sara Kapfer filed a petition for separation in L.A. County Superior Court on Tuesday, citing irreconcilable differences.
The couple has three children together, two of whom are minors.
Kapfer is seeking joint legal and physical custody, reports TMZ.
Gooding and Kapfer were high school sweethearts who wed in 1994.
