Cody Simpson and James Maslow are feuding on “Dancing with the Stars,” reports OK!
According to the tabloid, Simpson is “green with envy” because Maslow and his partner Peta Murgatroyd have been crowned the “sexiest couple” in the cast.
A so-called “source” claims, “Behind the scenes, Cody keeps his distance from James in order not to talk to him.”
The magazine notes that on the March 24 show, “James gave America a peek at his rock-hard abs during his Jive dance,” quoting the “insider” as saying, “The cameras cut directly to Cody after James and Peta’s performance… Cody’s look of disgust sent social media into a frenzy.”
Well, it must have not been much of a “frenzy,” because Gossip Cop could find nothing on Simpson’s alleged diss of Maslow.
And we checked in with a rep for the Big Time Rush singer, who tells us, “James is very supportive of the entire cast and wants everyone to do well. Especially Cody, as they toured together on their 2012 summer tour, when Cody opened for James.”
Simpson’s younger sister Allie also told media outlets the pair is friends on the set.
