“Is The Staff At Bergdorf Scared Of Beyoncé?” reads the headline of a New York Post article, which claims the superstar has had employees fired from the Manhattan luxury store Bergdorf Goodman.
The paper quotes a source as saying that when Beyoncé visited on Tuesday, “The staff was all very nervous because she is known to have people fired.”
The Post goes on to claim, “Last year, a young saleswoman in the store’s fine jewelry department was thrilled to meet the wife of Jay Z and posted a photo of the pop star on Twitter.”
“When Knowles complained to management that her privacy had been violated, the young woman was dismissed,” alleges the tabloid.
So, has Beyoncé really demanded staffers get the ax?
NO!
A rep for the star tells Gossip Cop the story is entirely “not true,” stressing, “No one asked to have anyone terminated.”
