Storybrooke is in danger on Once Upon a Time and Regina is making sure her townspeople know it.
"Citizens of Storybrooke, tonight Storybrooke is under an official 'Wicked Witch Watch,' meaning conditions are favorable for a Wicked Witch," Regina (Lana Parrilla) warns in her city-wide alert.

Should they find themselves encountering said Wicked Witch (and her gang of Flying Monkeys), Regina offers some tricks to topple the villainess in their midst: a bucket filled with room-temperature water. And always be prepared should things go awry!
In the middle of her PSA, Regina gets another breaking news update, revealing that there has been an actual broom sighting in Storybrooke.
"Stay strong, Storybrooke."
