TV Ratings: ‘Resurrection’ Premiere Revives ABC Sunday, ‘Revenge’ Makes Solid Move

Resurrection opened in very good shape on ABC. The midseason drama, taking the 9 p.m. hour, averaged a 3.6 rating among adults 18-49 and 13.3 million viewers. That score, a Sunday best for ABC this season, also topped any other broadcast competition for the night.

The heavily-marketed show also served as a lead-in for the new Revenge time-slot. In its move, Revenge (1.9 adults) was improved six-tenths of a point from its last outing. Once Upon a Time (2.3 adults) also returned to the night after a long hiatus.

Full ratings for Cosmos, which aired on a total of 10 networks last night, won't be in until later on Monday morning -- but on Fox, Fast National returns have the launch averaging a 2.1 rating with adults 18-49 and 5.8 million viewers.
