The actress will tie the knot with Ricky Van Veen, her rep confirmed to Access Hollywood on Wednesday.
Dating for three years, per People, Ricky is the co-founder of CollegeHumor.com.

While marriage is in the cards for Allison in real life, she is playing a young woman who is struggling with romance on her HBO show from creator Lena Dunham.
