The 32-year-old actor and his real estate broker wife, 33, welcomed daughter Sadie in early December, E! News reported.
The new first-time parents got married in September 2012 after dating for five years.

Jesse has played Dr. Jackson Avery on the Shonda Rhimes medical drama since 2009. He also recently appeared in “Lee Daniels’ The Butler” in 2013.
