Jimmy Fallon, Justin Timberlake on ‘SNL’: 5 Things to Watch For

Jimmy Fallon and Justin Timberlake are returning to Saturday Night Live this week in what should be a fitting sendoff for 2013.

There's a lot that could happen, but below we count down five of the most likely.

Duck Dynasty

Nothing screams "cold open" quite like this week's uproar over Duck Dynasty patriarch Phil Robertson. SNL briefly tackled the A&E reality stars last week, with Kings of Leon standing in for members of the Robertson family. The big question is who will play will play Phil Robertson?Taran Killam? Brooks Wheelan?

Goodbye, Seth Meyers

Seth Meyers is taking over Fallon's Late Night job in February so Fallon can move on to the Tonight Show.  Saturday's episode is believed to be Meyers' last, so expect a good sendoff. Meyers has already been saying his goodbyes to beloved Weekend Update characters. Drunk Uncle (Bobby Moynihan) called Meyers a homophobic slur for wanting to give him a farewell hug last week, while Jacob the Bar Mitzvah Boy (Vanessa Bayer) lamented that Meyers' Weekend Update replacement, Cecily Strong, is a pretty girl – someone he'll be too afraid to talk to.

Controversial AIDS Tweeter

The Internet spent Friday night obsessing over Justine Sacco, a PR exec who tweeted "Going to Africa. Hope I don't get AIDS. Just kidding. I'm white!"  While her job fate remains unclear (her name has been deleted from employer IAC's website) SNL could jump on this by having Sacco (played by Kate McKinnon, perhaps?) explain her thinking to Meyers during Weekend Update.

A Timberlake-Fallon Musical Collaboration

These guys have made sweet music together countless times. A dream scenario would see The Lonely Island return, with Fallon in the mix.

Fallon Will Crack Up

Fallon is among the more notorious breakers of character in SNL history. It'll happen, people. Just embrace it.

SNL airs Saturday at 11:30 p.m. on NBC
