Jimmy Kimmel is a bit of an expert when it comes to funny YouTube videos, and with 2013 coming to an end, it was time for the late night host to honor what he considers the “Clip of the Year” for 2013.
A number of finalists made the cut — including Rob Ford, the infamous “Rhubarb Lady,” and a monkey in a snowsuit — but only one could be crowned.
