Ashley Judd told cops she believes her sister Wynonna is responsible for putting a GPS tracking device on her car.

According to a police report, the tracker was discovered in a plastic box inside the rear passenger side of the actress’ silver Mini Cooper when the vehicle was taken to a Tennessee repair shop in November.

The device was registered to a Nashville private investigator whom Wynonna had allegedly hired.

The police report says that the country singer had instructed the private eye to buy the GPS tracker, which was then supposedly given to Arch Kelley — Wynonna’s ex-husband — who allegedly put it in his former sister-in-law’s car.

While details remain unclear, it appears that Wynonna’s daughter may have been driving Ashley’s vehicle, and that the GPS tracking could have been part of a custody dispute.

According to The Tennessean, no charges have been filed at this point.
