Michelle Rowling posted the ominous message after learning her abusive ex-boyfriend was released from jail. She was stabbed to death days later.

She was a 25-year-old mother of two from East St. Louis, Ill. She was found stabbed to death in her apartment on Nov. 29. Police reportedly suspect former boyfriend, Montrell Cooper, is connected with the case.
Four days before Rowling was killed, she posted an ominous message on her Facebook page.
She said that police would be unlikely to reach her on time if she needed help.
It is believed that she had recently received news that Cooper was released from jail.
Cooper previously had assaulted Rowling and stabbed her in the neck.
