Both The Voice (3.3 adults) and Chicago Fire (2.3 adults) were improved from the previous week -- rising a respective three- and two-tenths of a point. The network averaged a 2.6 rating with adults 18-49 and 8.95 million viewers.
A block of repeats didn't stop CBS from nabbing second place in the demo. The network averaged a 1.4 rating with adults 18-49 and topped the night with 10.1 million viewers.

Fox saw mostly original entries for its comedy block, though New Girl had the night off. Dads (1.4 adults) recouped two-tenths of a point from last week's low, while Brooklyn Nine-Nine (1.6 adults) inched upwards by a tenth. The Mindy Project (1.2 adults) lost two-tenths with its repeat lead-in, giving Fox a nightly average of a 1.3 adults rating and 3.6 million viewers.
An Agents of SHIELD encore saw drops for subsequent ABC comedies. The Goldbergs (1.4 adults) dropped three-tenths of a point and Trophy Wife (1.1 adults) lost a tenth. What Would You Do (1.0 adults) came in a tenth of a point shy of its last outing on the net. ABC averaged a 1.1 adults rating and 3.6 million viewers for the night.
The CW, which saw its entire lineup hold steady in the adults 18-49 demo, also posted its most-watched Tuesday in more than five years with the winter finales of The Originals and Supernatural. The network averaged a 1.1 rating with adults 18-49 and 2.4 million viewers -- with its Vampire Diaries spinoff posting its most-watched episode to date.
