Caption Marcia Gay Harden On Portraying Amanda Knox’s Mother In Lifetime’s ‘Via Della Rosa’
LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Marcia Gay Harden has joined the cast of “Fifty Shades of Grey.”
The actress, who has appeared on “The Newsroom,” “Law & Order: SVU” and “Trophy Wife,” will play Christian Grey’s mother, Access Hollywood has confirmed.
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Jamie Dornan is playing Christian alongside Dakota Johnson as Anastasia Steele.

Other stars on the cast include Brit Rita Ora as Christian’s sister, Mia, and “True Blood’s” Luke Grimes as Christian’s brother, Elliot.
The movie, based on the book by E L James, is currently being filmed in Vancouver.
