BURBANK, Calif. --

The actor will guest star on Courteney Cox’s TBS comedy later this winter.
No details were immediately available on the character Matthew will play on the series.

He isn’t the first former “Friends” star to head to Courteney’s show. Previously, both Jennifer Aniston and Lisa Kudrow made guest appearances.
Courteney actually made a cameo on Matthew’s former NBC show last season — “Go On,” playing a nut job who was interested in Matthew’s character and his female friend.
