Homeland's ratings are up, likely boosted by the recent plot twist that has left critics divided.
"The Yoga Play" averaged 2 million viewers at 9 p.m., up 13 percent from the week prior. And the growth certainly isn't for a lack of competition. The episode in question, which came on the heels of a much-discussed revelation about the beginning of the season, went against Game 4 of the World Series, Sunday Night Football and The Walking Dead -- the most formidable lineup it's faced since returning in September.

For the night, Homeland was up 9 percent from the previous week with a cumulative 2.73 million viewers across both broadcasts.
Homeland, like nearly all pay cable series, sees its biggest ratings come in gross viewership across multiple plays and platforms. The current run is pacing with a weekly audience of 6.7 million viewers, up 25 percent compared to the same time period last season.
Network neighbor Masters of Sex, also recently renewed, was steady with 1.01 million viewers on Sunday night. Benefiting from an even greater time-shift boost, the drama is netting 5.4 million weekly viewers across platforms.
