Game 1 NLDS: 9-1 victory over the Pirates
Adam Wainwright took the mound in Game 1 and was straight-up deadly, striking out nine batters and only giving up three hits and one run in seven innings.
The Cards scored sevens runs in the third inning alone despite A.J. Burnett trying the ol' back-up-into-the-guy-by-"accident" move.
And to top it off, relief pitcher Carlos Martinez made this spectacular off-balance throw in the eighth inning because he's a professional who tries hard all the time.
Game 4 NLDS: 2-1 victory over the Pirates
After losing two straight, the Cardinals took the lead in Game 4 when Matt Holliday drilled a two-run homer to deep center in the sixth. Andrew McCutchen made climbing a ten-foot wall look extremely easy, but still couldn't catch it.
