Tara Reid slammed Jason Biggs on Twitter after he called her a “hot mess” during a recent interview.
During an appearance on Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live,” Biggs was asked to give “prison nicknames” for some of his former colleagues.
For Reid, his American Pie co-star, the “Orange Is The New Black” actor jokingly chose “Hot Mess.”
The segment seemed to be in good fun, with Biggs also nicknaming Alec Baldwin “Pap Smear,” Woody Allen “Frank Sinatra,” and Kelsey Grammer “Camille.”
But Reid took the jab seriously.
“@JasonBiggs it’s really sad I just landed in LA and the first thing I read about you that you are calling me a hot mess.i I’ve supported u!” tweeted the actress.
Reid went on to retweet messages of support from fans who were also blasting Biggs for his comment, and on Monday morning, he finally replied.
“I love u Tara, it was a joke! Didnt mean to offend, Totally kidding around! it was a game! Xoxoxo,” tweeted Biggs.
