It's one of the most stressful parts of the initial wedding planning process: Choosing invitations and Save the Date cards. Like other engaged couples, Modern Family pair Mitchell and Cameron are starting to feel the pressure. In a sneak peek from Modern Family's Oct. 16 episode, Mitchell (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) and Cameron (Eric Stonestreet) bicker as they try to narrow the field down from two cards to their eventual favorite.
"We have to pick the Save the Date card. I'm at a loss," an exasperated Cameron tells Mitchell as the couple primps for an evening out with Cameron's family and the couple's friends. (Watch a clip above)

As Cameron begs Mitchell to choose one card or the other, his fiance tries to speed their grooming process along to get to dinner on time. "Can't we just do it tomorrow? I hate the way my dad looks at us when we're late, like we're two silly queens blasting disco music [getting ready], losing track of time."
With that, Cameron takes matters into his own hands and elevates his getting-ready routine. "Lily, hit it!" he instructs their daughter (Aubrey Anderson-Emmons), who in turn cranks up -- what else? -- disco music.
