These young talents have showcased their special skills and talents on a variety of shows throughout the years, including NBC’s America’s Got Talent, Fox’s So You Think You Can Dance, NBC’s The Ellen DeGeneres Show and many more.
There are popular talents, like singing and dancing, that are super impressive. These kids are putting their own spin on these skills, showing off their ability to “Hotline Bling” dance and belt out Broadway tunes with the best of ‘em.

And then there are the less common — but no less impressive — skills. There are children who can hit free throw after free throw in basketball, contortionists showcasing a tremendous amount of body control and flexibility, history buffs who know a ton of presidential facts and one boy who can spell the word pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis. Can we hear that one in a sentence, please?

Akash Vukoti, 6, gained fame when he appeared on the NBC show Little Big Shots with Steve Harvey in March 2016. He triumphed over Harvey in a spelling bee competition, correctly spelling difficult words such as derriere, connoisseur and the aforementioned 45-letter word, which left Harvey and the rest of the audience in awe.
Also awe-inspiring? Sofie Dossi, a self-taught contortionist who appeared in America’s Got Talent’s 11th season in 2016. She consistently wowed the judges with her balancing and aerial acts. Dossi made it all the way to the finals of the show, losing to singing sensation Grace VenderWaal.
