Celebrities are reacting to Selena Gomez’s American Music Awards speech. See stars’ reaction tweets below.
As Gossip Cop reported, Gomez was named the AMAs winner for Favorite Female Pop-Rock Artist. Her appearance at the awards show marked the singer-actress’ first time at an event since canceling her tour and retreating from the spotlight to deal with mental health issues and her ongoing battle with lupus. And while on stage to accept her award, Gomez tearfully admitted to being “broken,” and spoke of the importance of what’s in one’s heart.
Now fellow stars are praising Gomez for her candor and resilience. Among those expressing support is Lady Gaga, who shared the above photo on Instagram. She wrote in the caption, “So dope I got to hang with with the biggest rockstar of the night. (Ya,know besides Sting and Green Day) …the girl with the biggest prize of all a BIG Heart that she shares with the world.”

And what about best friend Taylor Swift? She shared an Instagram story showing her screaming reaction to Gomez’s name being announced. The enthusiastic response comes just days after Gossip Cop busted a story falsely claiming Swift and Gomez were feuding.
