'It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown' and 'Toy Story of Terror' helped ABC to a demo win for the evening.

Ratings mostly ticked up Wednesday, thanks in no small part to the third and final presidential debate.

Early numbers for the final face-off between presidential candidates Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump point to an atypical gain from the second debate, which NBC did not broadcast in favor of Sunday Night Football.

Numbers show a victory for ABC, which tied with NBC on debate coverage with a 2.8 rating among adults 18-49. ABC had a slight advantage in terms of total viewers, drawing 11 million. CBS followed with a 2.2 rating, and Fox ranked fourth with a 2.0 rating.

Also giving ABC a boost for the night were repeat airings of It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown (2.2 adults) and Toy Story of Terror (2.0 adults) during the 8 p.m. hour, up four-tenths and two-tenths, respectively, from last week's showings of The Goldbergs and Speechless.

NBC's Blindspot (1.3 adults) ticked up two-tenths to give the show its best performance in its new Wednesday time slot, its highest rating since April.

Survivor (1.9 adults) was even for CBS.

On Fox, Lethal Weapon dipped two-tenths to a 1.7 rating.

The CW, the only broadcaster not to air the debate, was flat with Arrow (0.7 adults) and Frequency (0.4 adults).
