The pickup will take the Gordon Ramsay competition series into its 18th season.
Fox is keeping Gordon Ramsay in the kitchen.
The network has handed out a two-season renewal for Ramsay-hosted Hell's Kitchen.
The news comes ahead of the reality competition show's season 16 premiere on Sept. 23 and will keep the Fox staple on the network through its 18th season.
A nationwide casting call for season 17 begins Sept. 12 in L.A., New York and Atlanta before going to Chicago and Dallas on Sept. 16.
That Fox would continue to invest in Hell's Kitchen comes as little surprise. The network has an overall deal with Ramsay, who also is behind summer entry MasterChef.
The series has been a reliable performer for the network on Fridays and contributes valuable real estate for the network, which this fall is heading into its first without veteran reality staple American Idol.
Hell's Kitchen is produced by ITV Entertainment and A. Smith & Co. Arthur Smith, Kent Weed and Ramsay exec produce.
