Soulja Boy posted an Instagram video earlier this week in which he points a gun at the camera and makes death threats against his ex-girlfriend, Nia Riley, and an unidentified man rumored to be the model’s new boyfriend. Watch below.
Soulja and Riley, whose love life was documented on VH1’s “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood,” have been in a tumultuous on-again, off-again relationship since 2014, but are currently broken up. The exes have feuded with each other on social media in the past, but the rapper raised the stakes this week by threatening violence, which he reportedly did in response to a person on social media claiming to be dating Riley. In the Instagram video, the rapper brandishes a firearm and says, ““Hey dude, f**k you and f**k Nia Riley. Stop playing with me before some shooters be outside your house. Kill you bitch ass.”
Riley has since told TMZ she doesn’t plan on reporting Soulja to the police over his threatening video, and also insisted she doesn’t currently have a boyfriend. The model explained that a social media troll, who she doesn’t know, had simply provoked Soulja with his false claims. Soulja, who’s currently on probation for a 2014 weapons charge, has since deleted his Instagram video, but Gossip Cop has the footage available to watch below.
