Kelly Osbourne is being sued for defamation by Michelle Pugh, the woman with whom her father, Ozzy Osbourne, had an affair. Pugh filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Wednesday, claiming Kelly’s recent disparaging comments about her has caused emotional distress and lost her jobs as a celebrity stylist.

As Gossip Cop reported, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne split in May after 33 years of marriage amid allegations he cheated on her with Pugh. However, Ozzy revealed his marriage was “back on track” during a “Good Morning America” interview last week. But now Pugh is going after the rocker’s daughter for remarks she made after the situation first came to light.

At the time, Kelly tweeted Pugh’s personal phone number, and added, “Anyone looking for cheap chunky LOW-lights a blow out and a b***job call.” She later wrote, “My father is almost 70 ever heard of elder abuse?” In her lawsuit, Pugh admits to having a three-year-affair with Ozzy, but feels she was “slut-shamed, bullied and harassed” by Kelly’s tweets.

Pugh further takes issue with Kelly’s insinuation that she took advantage of the Black Sabbath singer, maintaining they had a consensual romance and she never manipulated Ozzy. The stylist also claims Ozzy and Sharon’s May breakup wasn’t her fault, and says the reason behind their initial separation was due to matters unrelated to his affair. The amount Pugh is seeking in her lawsuit has not yet been determined.
