Jennifer Lopez is pushing hard into TV development.

The actress-producer-singer is teaming with Royal Pains writer Michael Rauch for a drama set up at CBS.

The untitled project centers on polar-opposite identical twin brothers who duke it out in their personal lives but are at their best teaming up in the courtroom.

Rauch (Life Is Wild, Love Monkey, Beautiful People) will pen the script and executive produce the CBS Television Studios and Universal Television co-production. Lopez will also exec produce via her Universal Television-based Nuyorican Productions banner. Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas will also exec produce via her EGTV banner alongside Daniel A. Thomas.

For Lopez, the CBS drama marks her latest TV foray. In addition to starring and exec producing NBC's sophomore drama Shades of Blue, Lopez is teaming with NBC for dance competition series World of Dance. On top of that, she is poised to star as late drug lord Griselda Blanco for an HBO TV movie that she'll exec produce. Lopez, repped by CAA, Benny Medina and Hirsch Wallerstein, also exec produces Freeform's The Fosters.

The sale marks one of the first this season for CBS and comes as legal dramas continue to remain in high demand as tried and true procedurals remain popular on broadcast networks.
