Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are not in a “marriage crisis,” despite a ridiculous report. Gossip Cop can exclusively debunk the story.

“Jennifer Aniston And Justin Theroux Marriage In Crisis – Couple Doesn’t Celebrate Anniversary, No Love Between Them,” Celeb Dirty Laundry declares in an absurdly exaggerated headline. According to the accompanying article, “Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux’s wedding anniversary wasn’t the star-studded event the actress hoped it would be. Instead, the couple supposedly celebrated their marriage with a ‘relaxed’ night at home, which is rather unusual for someone like Jennifer Aniston, who loves to involve the paparazzi and media with almost everything she does these days.”

And so, the site “can’t help but wonder if Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux’s anniversary didn’t go as planned, as there’s no doubt that the actress would have used it as yet another opportunity to garner some media attention.” But because they “did not celebrate with anything special at all,” there’s supposedly “rumors that their marriage has already hit a rough patch.”

“Has the romance between Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux fizzled out already?” asks the webloid, which goes on to write, “Surely Justin Theroux could have planned something special for his wife, as it’s always Jennifer Aniston who is willing to fly to Mexico for a whirlwind trip at the last minute or take her husband to Fiji or Bora Bora to celebrate his birthday. With Jennifer Aniston doing all the pre-planning and birthday trips for the couple, Justin Theroux could have used their anniversary as an opportunity to show Jennifer Aniston how much she really means to him.”

CDL adds, “There’s no doubt that Jennifer Aniston did expect something to happen and now that her husband failed to deliver any romantic surprises, Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux divorce headlines are going to hit the rumor mill in no time.” But it’s this very outlet that’s spreading such “rumors” by presuming to know how Aniston feels.

Aniston and Theroux chose to spend their anniversary privately at home, just as they did their wedding. That’s how they celebrated both events, and it’s a testament to their love, not a sign of a “marriage crisis.” A rep for Theroux exclusively tells Gossip Cop that the Celeb Dirty Laundry allegations are “false.” As Gossip Cop reported, Aniston and Theroux’s first anniversary came after a year of untrue divorce rumors. Sadly, now year two is starting the same way.
