Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan are not living “separate lives,” despite a new report. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this erroneous claim. We’re told the entire story is “ridiculous” and “false.”

According to the too often inaccurate Star magazine, Dewan and Tatum’s marriage has “lost a bit of its magic” after he started “putting fame before family.” A so-called source alleges in unnaturally explanatory language, “Channing needs to scale back, but he has yet to turn down a single role. He just finished filming Kingsman 2 in London, and now he’s shooting Logan Lucky on the East Coast.” “If Jenna could drop everything and join him, that’d be one thing but ‘Supergirl’ films in California,” adds the increasingly fake-sounding “source,” who seemingly gets all of his or her information from IMDB.

The article then argues that their 3-year-old daughter Everly is in preschool, and there would be no point in pulling her out “to sit around on set” while he dad makes movies. “Channing should be the one making the effort to stick closer to home,” admonishes the tabloid’s “source.”

Mind you, Star has zero credibility when it comes to Dewan and Tatum. As you may recall, Gossip Cop shot down a June 2014 cover story by the publication that falsely alleged Channing and Tatum were headed for divorce. And a full nine months ago, we also busted the tabloid for wrongly reporting Dewan was pregnant with their second baby. Basically, the magazine knows very little about the couple.

In fact, despite seemingly doing searches on the web for its reporting, the tabloid is actually wrong about “Supergirl” shooting in California. The production moved to Vancouver, and it’s unclear whether Dewan will be rejoining the show. So, what did the publication get right in its piece about Tatum and Dewan leading “separate lives”? Virtually nothing. A source close to the actress tells Gossip Cop the magazine’s article is completely “ridiculous” and “false.”
