Kim Kardashian and Kanye West did NOT attend the same party as Calvin Harris simply to diss Taylor Swift, despite a ridiculous webloid report. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this claim. We’re told it’s “false.”
RadarOnline claims that West and Kardashian “were spotted getting super cozy with none other than Taylor Swift’s jilted ex-boyfriend, Calvin Harris” while celebrating Jennifer Lopez’s birthday in Las Vegas over the weekend. But the first major flaw with the site’s story is the little fact that West wasn’t at the event. In fact, a rep for the rapper tells us he “wasn’t even in Vegas” at the time.
Kardashian was in fact at Lopez’s party, but her presence there was due to her friendship with the singer, and not to mingle with Harris. However, a so-called “source” tells the webloid, “Kim and Calvin partying together was not just by chance! Kim and Kanye were not even planning on going to J.Lo’s party in Vegas. But Kanye and Calvin have been in touch and when they found out that he was going to be there, they knew that they had to go!” Once again, West was not at the function, as evidenced by the photo above that French Montana shared.
The site’s seemingly made-up source adds, “Kim is just loving this Taylor drama. She cannot get enough of it.” The supposed insider goes on to claim, “Kim and Kanye were talking to Calvin for a really long time during the party. Now Kim’s friends are saying that they’ll have to do a song about Taylor next!” Again, West was not there, so it was impossible for him to talk to “Calvin for a really long time.”
Regardless, Gossip Cop checked in with a rep for Kardashian, who exclusively assures us the webloid’s report is flat out “false.” The site simply manufactured a fake story, based on what it seemingly felt would be a dramatic premise. But had the outlet bothered to do just a modicum of research, it would have realized West was not at the party.
Of course, Gossip Cop has repeatedly busted RadarOnline for its many made-up and mean-spirited stories about the entire Kardashian family. In addition to the scores of untrue tales about the reality star and West divorcing, we just recently called out the webloid for its outrageous assertion that Kardashian is “disgusting” for having psoriasis. At the very least, the site has put aside name calling for the time being, but it still has not stopped lying.
