Kevin Hart was in Times Square bright and early on Friday to share health tips on “GMA.” Watch below!

As regular followers of Hart’s social media know, the comedic actor loves working out, particularly running. Now he’s partnered with Rally Health to encourage others to exercise, too. “I love to motivate, I love to inspire and educate where I can,” he shared. “This put me in the position to educate people about health, about wellness, and simply making themselves better.”

And for Hart, there’s three components. “I’m not a foodie, but I am a healthy eater. I do a lot of chicken, brown rice, vegetables, salads. I’m a fruit guy. But I cheat,” he said, going on to joke, “This may come as a shocker, but as a black man, I love fried chicken. I don’t care. I have no problem saying that.”

When it comes to hitting the gym, the actor acknowledged he’s privileged, saying, “I travel with a trainer now, because God has put me in a good position where I can.” But, he argued, “Being active is simple. I’m probably the busiest person in Hollywood, and I can find time.” In fact, he does 1,000 sit-ups over the course of a day.

Lastly, “the mind is the most important thing,” Hart told Robin Roberts. “I think a healthy mindset is where is all starts.” The actor noted that his mantra is “Live, love, laugh.” Hart added, “I think everybody in the world should adapt that mindset.” Check out the full video below!
