Jessica Simpson has not decided to have “Baby No. 3,” despite a new tabloid report. Gossip Cop can exclusively set the record straight. We’re told it’s “not true.”
According to Life & Style, Simpson has “long been twisting husband Eric Johnson’s arm about expanding their brood, and he finally gave in” to her desire to have “baby no. 3.” A so-called “source” tells the tabloid, Johnson previously felt “having two kids and Jessica was enough,” but after recently putting to bed the couple’s two children, Maxwell and Ace, “he told Jessica he’d be OK with having one more.”
Now, alleges the magazine’s supposed “source,” Simpson went to a doctor “for a checkup and everything looks good.” The publication’s questionable source adds she’s also “hired a nutritionist and has been eating healthy, while she tries to conceives.” “She’s hoping to be pregnant very soon,” concludes the tabloid’s alleged tipster.
What’s particularly fascinating is that Life & Style has been wrongly reporting about a third Simpson baby for years, with various premises about why the couple purportedly has decided to have another child. In 2015, Gossip Cop busted the publication when it falsely claimed Simpson and Johnson were having a third baby to save their marriage. And in 2014, we shot down the tabloid when it inaccurately alleged Simpson and Johnson were fighting over having a third child.
The magazine’s sources have not gotten better with time. Gossip Cop looked into the latest report, and an impeccable Simpson source exclusively assures us she and Johnson have not decided to have “baby no. 3.”
