Hayes Grier shared a photo from his hospital bed on Friday, and assured fans his condition was “good.” In the picture (right), the Internet sensation can be seen giving two thumbs up, while a towel covers his head and IV drips are connect to his arms.

Grier also sent a couple of tweets to his millions of fans from his hospital bed in North Carolina. He wrote, “Doing good guys, little banged up but we’ll be alright. Part of having fun.” In a subsequent message on Twitter, he expressed, “thank you for the good wishes.” In addition to his own tweets, Hayes retweeted a number of media outlets’ reports about his accident.

As Gossip Cop reported on Thursday, Grier crashed his dirt bike, resulting in him getting a concussion, multiple lacerations, fracturing two ribs and bruising one of his lungs. The Internet sensation is expected to spend a few more days in the hospital recuperating from his injuries. We’re told he’s been surrounded by family members since being taken to the hospital.

As we previously noted, after his older brother Nash tweeted about Hayes’ crash, “#PrayForHayes” became a trending topic on Twitter. Tens of thousands of concerned fans offered the former “Dancing With The Stars” contestant their prayers, general concern for his well-being, and wishes for a speedy recovery.

Hayes has been back home in North Carolina, where he’s filming his new comedic docs-series, “Top Grier.” The shows revolves around him returning to Mooresville, where he tries to run his family’s 19-acre farm. The show is slated to consist of 12 half-hour episodes that can be viewed on Verizon’s Go90 via mobile devices.

Gossip Cop is pleased that Hayes is “doing good.” We will continue to update as he recuperates from his dirt bike accident.
