Kyle Bornheimer has booked his follow-up to CBS' Angel From Hell.

The actor has been tapped to play the stepson of Friends alum Courteney Cox in Fox's comedy pilot Charity Case, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

The single-camera comedy revolves around Hailey (Cox), who after she inherits her late billionaire husband's charity, quickly finds that changing the world is far less glamorous than she had imagined.

Bornheimer is set as Adam, Hailey's stepson who is now chairman of the board of the Waller Foundation since his father's passing. Described as self-important, Adam has nothing but disdain for Hailey, whom he refers to as "Philanthropist Barbie."

For Bornheimer, Charity Case marks his latest small-screen role following CBS' short-lived Angel From Hell. His credits also include Better Call Saul, Playing House and HBO's Westworld as well as feature Hail, Caesar! He's repped by UTA, Haven Entertainment and Morris Yorn.

Charity Case is written by Robert Padnick, who exec produces alongside Cox and James Griffiths, with the latter set to direct the pilot. The comedy is a co-production between ABC Studios and 20th Century Fox Television.
